New Residents

Welcome to the neighborhood!

Crystal Beach is a family-friendly lakeside community with lots to enjoy, from Canandaigua Lake access to park playgrounds and picnic areas.

The Crystal Beach Betterment Association – a volunteer non-profit group that maintains our park and common areas – hopes you find this new resident information guide useful, and invites you to contribute towards the maintenance of our common park areas and join us each summer at our yearly meeting!

CBBA Parks Information

Crystal Beach offers 5 different park areas for the enjoyment of our residents and their guests. Parks are open from 6AM to 10PM, are carry in/carry out, are family friendly, and do not allow alcohol. Swimming is at your own risk. The CBBA’s volunteer team helps maintain park landscaping, taxes, and upkeep with the help of yearly resident dues. Donate easily and securely at TheCBBA.org!

Schools and Shopping

The Gorham-Middlesex Central School District offers an excellent preschool, two elementary schools (Gorham Elementary and Middlesex Valley Elementary), and a middle/high school (Marcus Whitman). SUNY Finger Lakes Community College is located just north of Crystal Beach. Grab pizza, ice cream, and drinks at the St. George Convenience Store & Pizza Sangiorgi on Rt 364 between Bluebird and Wildflower – or sit down with the family for a full meal and a cocktail at the Eastside Grill & Pub!
